The first time I tasted cilantro was an unbelievable experience. It was at a small taqueria in Boston, one of those restaturants where they have all kinds of fresh ingredients and they create the whole thing before your eyes. I asked to try it before they added it to my burrito. It was unforgettable. Then I tried my hand at my first cilantro pesto and I was forever hooked.
